The company refused to honor their written warranty. I will be suing them in a court of law but first want to attempt resolution before going to court. All I want from them is to replace the defective clock. Resolution Sought Replace the defective clock.

Bulovo's limited warranty for clocks is one year. For your reference the warranty terms can be found at the following link: https://www.bulovaclocks.com/en/warranty. As of 2019, Bulova no longer provided services for any clock product. In checking our system, there is no record of a clock repair under Mr. Gaither's name. As the limited warranty for any clock purchase is only one year, a clock serviced prior to 2019 would no longer be eligible for any type of warranty coverage, as that would be 4+years ago. In addition, the customer's model clock, C3041, is so outdated that it is no longer in our system as well. When requested, the customer was unable to provide any type of proof of purchase. In checking online for clock model C3041, it currently shows a retail value of approximately $35, so the customers request for a $500 clock would not apply. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know.
