If you have an issue with a Burger King they will sweep it under the rug. They do not value customer's or the service they provide.

November the 14th 2018 I had called to inquire about a promotion on the back of the receipt. The offer stated you can receive a free sandwich with the purchase a drink and required side. I had a question about what side would qualify so I call in to the location I received the receipt from. I spoke to a gentleman he seemed irritated with my call and he said he was busy. I proceeded to tell him my issue asked how much the drink was he told me and then asked what side qualify the promotion. He said rudely any side, so I asked well what sides do you have. That is when he hung up, so I called back asked for a manager he said I am the manager and hung up. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism so I filed a complaint with the corporate office. I was told that they would make a report and someone would contact me. I called back because I did not hear from anyone I was told they would get back to me in 7-10 days. I called back after the time frame and no response from the corporate office. I spoke to a woman who stated she would escalate the matter I would receive a call back. Again I didn't hear back from them so I called spoke to Gigi who stated she saw in the internal notes that I had already been contacted which was a lie I never heard back from anyone. I am a loyal long time customer and they did nothing to try and satisfy this poor customer service.
