Burger king app no longer works for customers' usage. It was brought to my attention with the manager on 1245 east Columbus Ave Springfield ma 01105 and there was no alternative especially being a franchise company. Resolution Sought Fix the issue, especially being a franchise company. This Burger King app was invented by Burger King and should be expected to be used for the customers' satisfaction for any day. It should not be no excuses.
