Absolutely to be avoided.

Don't even think of cancelling an order. They bill you long before the shipment. Request a cancellation and the DO NOT issue credit. I filed a complaint with my CC and received credit. Now Burgess is threatening to sue. This is not reputable business and should be avoided.

I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the company to send my order after two months of waiting, emails to the company & several phone calls which never go through. It's always "busy". The order arrived with yellowed plants at best and some were dead. Their business practices are deceptive and customer service is HORRENDOUS. Do not order from them. They are a huge rip off. I asked to cancel an order they haven't sent yet, but charged me for. They did not even acknowledge that request. I don't expect to get my money back, but I will do my best to be sure nobody else gets taken advantage of by this company by leaving reviews..
