Bought a 2017 Honda CRV from Burn's Chevrolet here in Gaffney sc on June 21,2023. About two and half weeks later, I taken back to them. Due to the radio sceen,and dashboard going dark. I ask them to check,and see for what reason this was happening. After checking it. It was told to me, that nothing was wrong. They said it was doing that due the light sensor,that it was dimming and going out on there on. Due to work, family issue and death in the family. I myself fell to have it check by someone else. As I taken there words for truth facts. So here it is 8 to 9 month later. My car cuts off and stop in the middle of the road, break system locks up as we was rolling about 3mp hour in line to pick my daughter up from school. I feel like they knew something was wrong and just didn't want to fix it for me, when I taken it back to them doing that first two weeks. I feel like I been sold a "LEMON"which I purchased through my bank. I have no warranty with Burn's Chevrolet only had the 90 days warranty,which we know have expired. Now they telling me it's nothing they can do,and that I need to use my warranty with my bank to get fix or trade it in for something else with them. I feel they are responsible for the cost,and they fell to assist me properly the fist time I came to to them. Resolution Sought I would like for Burn's Chevrolet to be responsible and fix my car or trade me out with equally with no cost on my behalf or my bank.I deeply feel they knew of the computer malfunction. Me and my family could have had a bad accident if we was riding going 30mp hour or more,with break system locking up like that. Thank,you
