Contractor name. Ken +1 (215) 687-1093 License number. PA 069039 237 Mill Street Darby, PA 19023 He miss guided me and gave me wrong information he said he is going to get the the permit from township now he is adding on more stuff. He has not started the work yet. I asked for a refund and he is getting abusive and threatening me and refused to give my refund. He asked me not to call over and over. PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE. Resolution Sought I would like to get my refund.

Company states: There was no threats imposed at any time. The customer, Mohammad, reached out to another company regarding electrical work. He reached out to me to construct counter tops and cabinets. We gave him a price quote that he accepted. We went to submit for permits, but it was rejected. We were advised we had to have all trades submit their permits as one permit. They are not accepting individual permits. We suggested to the customer to submit the permits to save money. In the interim the customer was doing other work without a permit. The township instructed us that they would need to get blue prints because the building was turning into a different use of the space. The customer's brother was continuing to yell at me and requested money back and I have no problem with that, but I also explained I was going to deduct my fees for the services I provided. A certified check was mailed to the customer yesterday, August 10, 2022.

It has been more than 10 days from August 10th as KEN from burns company mentioned that the check has been mailed to me. I haven't received anything yet.

The check was sent via FedEx and after multiple attempts, FedEx returned the check back to us - Turns out they vacated that property. We emailed him to let him know it was returned. He just responded today via phone call. He apologized for everything and for his brother's behavior etc.. Then texted me a new location to send their check.
