I purchased a used vehicle from said company they charge twice the asking price so that way they could get the 7500 from the financing company they lied and told me it was interest from financing company when I talk to the financing company they informed me that they charged me twice for the vehicle leaving me to pay 20,000 for a vehicle that was up for sale for 7500 and I had already put a down payment of 2000 down now I can't make the vehicle payment car has been repossessed because payments where 600 a month but with the price and what I put down the financing company informed me my payments would of been 141 a month now I have no vehicle and stuck with 20000 grand debt. Resolution Sought Make it right I have no problem paying what they were asking for the vehicle of 6834 but I'm not paying 14834 for the vehicle that was not worth it.

We do not misguide nor do we ever give misleading information when it comes to the purchase price of our vehicles. It is absurd that the complainant claims we charged twice the money for said vehicle. This is absolutely not true. He was obviously well aware of price as it is clearly stated and itemized on his contract in which he signed. We always strive to maintain 100% customer satisfaction and it is very unfortunate he has never contacted us before reporting his experience to "Business Consumer Alliance". That therefore would be a lie I’ve called the 4 numbers you guys have on the internet I have all the proof from pictures of the truck with a different sales price and the contract that has a way higher amount I’ve called Dave the guy I dealt with he said good luck you signed the contract has blocked me from contacting him in any way I’ve left number of voicemail and haven’t received any back my wife as also done the same I’m more than 1000 sure that I was charged more than the selling price that was on vehicle and like I said I have all the proof in customer service is your gig why Dave block my number why haven’t I received a phone call back if that’s the case I’ll will come up to dealership and show you I have no reason to make up that I was charged twice as much for vehicle compared to your asking price I got screwed and Dave blocking me so I can’t contact him kinda shows it more I have everything I need to prove that you are wrong you guys scammed me
