Was told in early January that my warranty would be cancelled as I requested. Was told I would get a letter in 2-6 weeks by Royal Credit Union. The person who was supposed to eat things in action was a Financial Director from Burnsville Motors named "JT". He was very pushy and rude from the beginning. We dod not click well and he told me that from now on I would be dealing with Royal Credit Union. I kept waiting for the cancel letter for the warranty. 3.5 months later I found out that JT had never even filed the paperwork to cancel. I went to Burnsville Motors, talked to a Dave who also was apathetic but told me he would start the can el app on 4/21/22. He did not even call me. The owner Jordan Britt says he can't do nothing as that is not his specialty. I feel helpless and tired of then treating me like shit. I want the cancellation so that I can make appt with Royal Vredit Union to lower my 235.00 payments which I did not want high payments in the first place bit was told I could get $200.00 monthly payments which dod not happen. Please I need some kind of help or representation. Feel very much that I am being cheated. Resolution Sought Send the letter ASAP instead of dragging out the processing. Fire the incompetent and rude, vindictive JT. Acknowledge that they have not been conducting expedient and professional services as a company of their caliber should be doing.
