Customer Complaint

6/29/2023

Burtech Pipeline contracted by city of San Diego to replace sewer main and lines from houses to street. Cot a pipe running parallel to house. Attached one end to sewer drop and left other side open to the dirt( didn't hook up to drop or cap. Sewer started backing up to washer vent when it poured into garage. Requesting to recover costs involved in repairing drain. Resolution Sought I would like the company to reimburse me for costs incurred for repairing their mistake.

Received correspondence from the city stating it is Burtech’s responsibility, not the city’s. Contractor’s responsibilities pg 1 note 3.
