This is an outrage!!

This bank branch did a system update two weeks ago. We have had one day where we have been able to access our funds. There have been hundreds of complaints against this bank. They are not allowing people to withdraw money or use the ATM because the system is messed up. This has caused a great deal of stress. Bills have not be paid, I have had to call off work two days in a row. They will not let us access money. We aren't the only people this is happening to. It has really caused a huge burden on my family. We bank at my bank because we trust they will take care of our money and transactions. They have not allowed people to withdraw money when the funds are there. This is an outrage!!
