Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I've been working with this company since 2005 and receive a monthly dividend check of $673.80 on an investment of $115,000. They've started being very lax about sending my checks and are now behind since June 28. I would like to get my checks up to date and back on schedule or call in my total as maturity date well past. Thank you Resolution Sought I want checks caught up and stay current monthly on 28th of each month

My 401K invested in real estate in California, I haven't received my distribution for the current month, has been a problem for few months back. Always late Resolution Sought I want to move my founds to a different investing company
