He scraped and sealed painted a chimney that has some water issues. When he was supposed done, he said we did not need a parge on the chimney and changed the price from $4,300 to 3,700. He assured us this would remedy the moisture issue. We were immediately dissatisfied with the terrible job of removing only some of the old parge and left the chimney looking defective. We called several times - no response. Less than a year later, the chimney and his work have deteriorated, looking the way it did before he did service to it. We contacted him, sent pictures and not so much the courtesy of a response. We are back where we started before his did the work Resolution Sought I would like him to come fix what he messed up. If not a partial refund, at least, so we can get the chimney repaired that way he promised.
