Bought a 06 Impala from Butterfields in 2015 when got it home it started to leak oil so I called Butterfields an told them they told me to bring it in. The next day I took it in for them to check it they claim they fixed the problem but when I got home again an looking in the driveway after I backed out it still was leaking oil. I called Butterfields again they told me to bring it back that was my only transportation so I had to take off work I took back the car they claim they fixed it again an when I got home looked under the car the next day still leaking oil I couldn't afford to keep putting oil in the car an needed transportation to work so I had to stop paying the note to pay for transportation to take me back an forth to work an like a month later they repo the car an put it on my credit report which I think was not right because the car was not in running condition an I took it back several times for them not to fix the problem I end up losing my job. Resolution Sought Have Butterfields pay 6500 for the car to be off my credit report.
