I told them I had a down payment of 500 which they readily accepted. When it came time to sign the paper work they had drawn up documents stating I provided them with a $6500 down payment and then a trade in with a value off $1000. They wanted me to commit loan fraud. The purchase amount didn't match what they told me nor did the monthly payment match what they had told me twice. Resolution Sought I would like them to return my actual down payment of 500 .

Company states; Please be advised that we have tried reaching out to the customer but to no avail. However, we would like for the customer to stop by and pick up her refund, but we would ask that she bring receipts of the payment. Also, please ask to speak with Sam the Finance Manager. Thank you, Finance Manager
