Reggie (owner of BUY Smart, first off. Sold me a lemon, transmission was slipping on the vehicle after the first week, called and told him of the issue, he said he would fix it, gave him $1000 as a deposit, the deal didn't go through and he refused to reimburse me the monies that I gave him. They sell cars that are NO good and he's a scammer Resolution Sought I would like my deposit back

This dealership is selling defective cars and Helping people get loans that they are required to pay even after the car is beyond repair. Resolution Sought Help me get resolve

Company states; In response to the above complaint, we sold Mr. Ingram his vehicle on 08/15/2023, this is clearly over a year ago. Mr. Ingram also has a 2 year 24000 mile warranty that covers this exact situation with AUL. At this point, Mr. Ingram should be filing a complain with BCA on AUL, they are the responsible party responsible for making repairs on his vehicle. We honor our warranties for the period specified on our contract, any repairs needed to be completed during that period were completed. Sincerely Yours, Buy Smart Motors
