Merchant is stating that the check was paid out and valid from a cell phone purchase. I sold an older iPhone to this company . My bank has verified that the check issued to me is a duplicate and will not honor it. I have gone back to the merchant and no resolution from them . They are not helping nor acknowledge the information from my bank Resolution Sought I would like to be paid in full for my phone or have my phone returned to me asap

The business is scamming and committing fraud I sent then four I phone 13 pro max and they say the can't honor the aggressor payment for the phone but won't send the phones back to me without paying them for shipping Resolution Sought I want the four iPhone pro max's I shipped to them to be shipped back on there dime and I'll be filing a lawsuit again at that company for fraud and scamming people

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately your devices were found to be reported as lost or stolen as shown to you with our paid IMEI reports. Unfortunately, as per law (Longwood Police Department Event Number: 20211031763) we are unable to return blacklisted devices without proof of ownership with IMEI. You failed to do this as the order sheet you provided did not contain the correct number of devices submitted nor the IMEIs. Additionally, the name, number and address on the order sheet did not match the name, number and address submitted for your trade-in. If you feel this is an error, please get in contact with your carrier to remove the devices from the blacklist. That way, we will be able to evaluate them and provide you with an offer.
