I bought Lipozem and it wasn't working so I sent it back and sent two emails to their support with no replies. My product was delivered back to them on December 5 2024. The email support said they would get back to me within 48 hours. I sent one December 24, 2024 and one yesterday. The product isn't what is described. Resolution Sought Refund as promised. They have a 180 day money back guarantee

I bought Visisharp eye product from BuyGoods Inc online shopping Platforms on 7th November 2021, and paid $309.95 to the platform by visa card. Two months later on 21st January 2022, I wrote them asking if it does not makes sense for them to refund me. I was replied that the eye product got lost in transit hence a reshipment. Until December 2024, I wrote a review on Trustpilot. Following the review a certain Joel called me and made it clear wr (BuyGoods)"cannot refund you for it has been long overdue " How will your office assist me get a refund? Resolution Sought I need a refund not the product any longer after 4 year. I believe the product may even be fake. I'm in South Africa.
