Customer Complaint

Sold 4 iPods to this company that promised fast payment within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Accounts shows devices were delivered 09/07/2021. No payment has been received. Emailed customer service and received email 09/17/2021 stating payment would be sent by end of day. Checked account today and still shows as incomplete. Emailed 2 additional times and no response. Resolution Sought Receive payment for devices.
