This business is the worst business to work with.The reason I'm complaining and I will go to a lawyer is because I used their company to ship my vehicle and after three weeks I received the vehicle they holding my title .I'm trying to sell the vehicle and with out the title I can't sell it and when I call they are so unprofessional. Resolution Sought Send me my documents

It was a rare case of the delay. Due to human error, the Client Vehicle Title was locked to one drawer of the Company employee. It was explained to the Client that will be a delay. Anyhow the Title was found and sent through the mail. The client received it.
