I moved to New York from California in 2017. Never owned a car in the city. BYL SERVICES, LLC billed me $326.67 for parking in 1 Penn Plaza on June 17 2020 Creditor Acnt #1015, BYLS ACCOUNT# 16390865. This is some kind of Fraudulent charge. I believe this company is billing people hoping that they just pay. I have not owned or rented a car in 2020 and never parked any car at 1 Penn Plaza. Please help me fight this charge and punish BYL SERVICES, LLC. Thanks and Regards. Resolution Sought Collection reversed and BYLS reported to police for Fraud.
