The admitted they packed 36 abdominal pads at $12.49 each in error. but billed us $424.66. The customer service lady said we had 15 days to make note of it. They were in a box with a bunch of other items. Your staff person was very rude. I wrote a letter concerning same and no response , we have the 36 pads unopened. WE NEVER ORDERED THEM. I have a bill due for $208.00 that they are threatening to take to collections. I will light up FACEBook if this is not resolved satisfactorily. Resolution Sought Refunded this week or I spend all weekend trashing Byram. I am retired and have the time to do. it was YOUR MISTAKE!

I am a Type 1 diabetic. I have not been able to get this company to process my order (placed 10 days ago) for a Dexcom transmitter. I've spent countless hours on the phone with Customer Service emphasizing the urgency of the situation (my current transmitter has timed out and d/t night time lows it is risky for me to go to sleep without a functioning Dexcom Unit). I'm told the "Docs Dept" is "verifying" the drs note. I've confirmed that they received the note 4 days ago. I pd $60 for overnight shipping 2days ago, hoping I could receive item in time to salvage a planned out-of-state trip. Well that was a waste, as here we are on the start of the 3day weekend and the most recent text from Byram ( yesterday, Fri evening at 7:35pm) stated my order still hasn't been processed. The Diabetes Team doesn't work on Saturdays and d/t holiday weekend, I wont be able to contact Byram until Tuesday. So the soonest I could get my item will be middle of next week, by which time my vacation window is over. This is a poorly run, heartless business with absolutely no accountability and no commitment to servicing the needs of patients. Resolution Sought #1 Ship the product! Refund Overnight Shipping $60.00 I pd in advance. Staff education re: "Patient's Needs"as a priority in ALL departments. (Customer Service reps try, but the rest of the company is simply unaccountable.)
