The aligners I purchased will no longer work because I have emergency dental work - 2 crowns. The company states that this voids the warranty of their product so it will not work, they will also not give me a refund. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund.

Byte has sent me my retainers and have been waiting on my last 3 for my top. Everytime i turn around they are refusing to send me the rest keep sending me an impression kid then before i send it back stating that they need a new one. That doesnt seem like end results were ever an option if you call them you talk to a call center wirker who has no idea what is going on. This company have kept me going in a circle for 8 weeks now. I was promised a beautiful smile end results and have yet to get them. Today i recived new kit . Qs i am finishing up my impressions i get email stating they have shipped another kit to me. Well i havent sent in the one that i just recieved . If they can not provide end results then they need to stop selling . Its a scam and should be stopped Resolution Sought Finish my treatment as planned I had 3 left
