Very expensive.

The company did work on an elderly complex and the initial estimate was 1.7 million. By the time the company was done the condominium complex was charged over 4 million which put a tremendous strain on the elderly unit owners. Some of the unit owners had to sell their homes or were forced into foreclosure. The company showed no merch in demanding timely payments.
