Company was called to install 4 water meters on lines to different locations at my property in New Cumberland Borough in basement of house. Subject Chad used steel threaded connectors to go into PVC pipe, tightening them to the point that the stress ruptured one of the PVC fittings causing significant water damage. The pipe was wrapped by me temporarily and calls were made to C & C to have them come and repair the problem. Numerous calls were made and messages left. several txt messages also left with no response. Had to call another plumber to come and fix the problems with the installation and costs me 240.00, in addition of approximately 300.00 in water damage. Resolution Sought Pay the 240.00 for the plumber that had to correct their mistakes.
