I placed a deposit down a vehicle over 3 weeks ago, every week I was told different reason for the vehicle not to be ready. I constantly called the dealership without rhem updating me. The dealership was not honest in what was being completed or performed on this vehicle. I finally requested a refund, due the additional deception from the dealership. This dealership has cost me additional monies because I have insured a vehicle I never received, warranties a vehicle I never received also. When I requested a refund I was told it would take over 10 days after I was told they would overnight it. Please know this dealership customer service was very poor and dishonest to me. I even explained that I was traveling over 2 and half hours, and I would need to know in advance regarding the arrangement. Resolution Sought My money asap and additional money towards what I lost waiting

The complainant was issued a refund on June 28, 2022 in the amount of $500. This was the deposit amount and only funds she paid to our company. There is nothing further owed to the complainant.
