I had my car in to fix my passenger side bumper and I didn't use insurance I paid with my debit card. They left wrinkles on the bottom of the bumper in the middle of clear coat a botched paint job and won't fix it said it's prior damage. The only time I had work done was in 2018 at their shop but conveniently they updated their computer site and no longer have access to the incident which is totally unacceptable and untrue as being a Legal Assistant for 40 years I know about computers and networks and no company installs new software without a backup system NEVER! Therefore since I paid and they couldn't further bill my insurance for their shoddy work they blamed prior damage which apparently they never fixed properly in 2019. I am a woman and I don't go crawling around under cars to inspect work I expected a complete job and apparently was mistaken or they just messed up and made up an excuse for which they all stuck together on! I don't believe innocent people should be taken for their money by a dishonest company and my son's car was recently hit and Geico the other person's carrier recommended the same company to him. He read google reviews and went with another shop and still encountered some issues with his decal which they replaced twice why because they had a company to bill. I am completely unhappy and disabled and stuck with an inferior job. Any ideas of help as I won't go back to them. Like I told the Manager Jerry over the phone yesterday if I was painting my nail Resolution Sought I would like my car fixed by another company at their expense!
