Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I called at 329 pm to pay my bill from last month for $131.87 she charged me $263.74 she said she will refund my money and call me back at 440 pm I called back the girl that answered said she would transfer me to a supervisor then another employee answered and started her bad language and say, now you are refusing to pay your bill, I kept asking for a supervisor she was rude and abnoshisis...need your help trying to pay my, bill but with a company that don't care about there clients. Resolution Sought To understand that there employees don't have communication skills or let alone customer skills please request tape of calls and who took my calls and a apology to the whole customer's in area..I was just trying to pay my bill.

Garbage company always leave my Recycle or my Trash bin for whatever day they want to pick up!!! It's not just my house they leave the entire section of homes! I have to call numerous of times for them to send someone over. We can't change sanitation company because they have the franchise for the city of Temecula. They just don't care. I called yesterday 10/3 they said they were sending someone over. We'll no one showed up, I called today 10/4 and it seems like no one is showing up anymore. It's 5 p.m now! Resolution Sought They need to service our trash, recycle and green waste once a week. This has to stop!
