I am moving and wanted to end my internet service with C-spire. I will be leaving about 1.5 weeks into my billing period but C-spire refuses to prorate my bill but insists that I pay the full bill if 99 dollars despite the fact that I called to discontinue my service. This policy is fraudulent. Resolution Sought Change their policy and stop exploiting consumers.

I originally opened an account with two lines several months ago. I had to cancel the primary (parent) line immediately due to immediate hacking. The secondary line (my daughter's) has been hacked continuously as well. I have changed the phone number to no avail. A group of people appear to be illegally linked to our phone. My daughter and I have been ridiculed and threatened via mirrored phone screen and photo shop. It also appears that some person (s) may have taken photos of myself or my daughter without our knowledge/permission. I have complained to the staff/manager of the Philadelphia, MS C Spire franchise and they have responded with deception and a lack of professional courtesy as well as disregard for my disabled daughter's well being. We have even had a 911 call to the police intercepted and shut down. Our attempts to reach CSpire technical support have also been shut down by hackers. Resolution Sought Refund $600 cost for phone and 6 months of service since account was opened. Reprimand store owner/manager for treating honest customers with a complete lack of respect my daughter and I are on a fixed income and we would like to transfer our business to a more professional company. An apology from franchise staff and a credit for said amount with appropriate support and immediate remedy of the problem will also be acceptable.
