I saw an ad on their website for a 2011 Honda crv with 133,930 miles. When I went to see the car, I was told there was a mileage discrepancy and that through a Carfax the mileage was either 131,467 miles or 139,587 miles. So because it was within a couple thousand miles, I figured that it was just a clerical error, I never signed the title because I never saw the title. They did all the work and they also held my tags for a month so that I wasn't able to get the car inspected within the 14 days because they knew that it would not pass inspection, which intern would mean they'd have to give me my money back and take the car back. When the title arrives at my house read that the car had 228,234 miles and not what I was shown since the car has been in the shop and I haven't even been able to really drive it. It needs a new transmission and also has a serpentine belt that is about to rip in half. They decieved me and made me believe the car had much lower miles than it really did. If I had known the car had 228,234 miles I would have NEVER bought it. I have disputed half the payment since I paid half cash and half card. The refused to pay for the repairs, but at this point I want them to take the car back as they committed fraud. Resolution Sought I'd like to be refunded my money and for them to take the car back is what I'd like.

As soon as we heard about Christian's unsatisfactory experience, we reached right out to learn more and immediately offered to fix the issue even though the vehicle was sold as is. We told Christian multiple times about the mileage on the vehicle. All of the paperwork is TMU, and he understood this before signing.
