I ordered there product for a specific gaming controller. I received item and it was for a different game system controller not for mine. I emailed them to rectify issue , no response, emailed a few times throughout the week nothing. Then I tried again following week and emailed was denied because they blocked my email. I know they are receiving emails because I emailed when I ordered for tracking info which I was responded back. Very unprofessional. It's not about the money but principal of it all they are purposely avoiding making their mistake correct . Please help make people aware this company is not in up and up . Thank you Resolution Sought At this point I don't care about refund I want you to do something to show company there practices are unprofessional. Let other customers know how they operate.
