This is a horrible stables. Many of the horses died. Stalls are gross and the people running it left the place go to crap. Resolution Sought I want a refund and the place closed down.

Company states: Ms. Schwader is a life-long scam artist. She rented a mobile home on my property where the stables are. Her renting a trailer has nothing to do with my business. Because I sold the property, she had to leave. She has never boarded a horse here. Stalls are maintained by the renters. The horses that died were under veterinary care, were elderly and past the normal life span of a horse. She hasn't been anywhere near my barn in two years. I told this person she was forbidden on my property or I would file trespassing charges against her. I've called the police to file harassment charges against her.
