I owner of "M&M Market" 4494 Francis Ave, Chino CA 91710 paid the amount of $900.00 in advance out of $1800.00 to "GILBERTO SOLORZANO" the owner of "CA COMPUTERS CCTV Advertisement" address 4445 Monte Verde Ave,Pomona,CA 91766 phone # 909-670-8709 for the installation of Aluminums sign box with LED light inside, 26*12 inch black color outside painted, plexiglass face vinyl lettering on 12/18/2023. The amount of 900 dollar was paid by the check and Gilberto cashed the check on 12/19/2023. I have called and texted him so many times to remind him to finish his work done but he was making excuses. I have saved all the text messages and calls with him. I have the contract paper and copy of the check, I need help to solve the issue, Thank you Resolution Sought I want my money back of $900.00.
