I purchased a vacuum pack sealer that no longer is working. When I purchased the item there was a lifetime warranty on all the items. I Contacted them to have it taken care of and they told me they no longer do that since the merger but I purchased this item 4 years ago and when I did I was told there is lifetime warranty. I spoke to someone and they said there is nothing they can do. Resolution Sought I would like my product replaced like it is supposed to under the lifetime warranty
