I ordered cabinets 3 months ago. Before purchasing I let them know that I needed this all to be done by my sons birthday July 18th it is July 20th and my cabinets are just getting in Soul and now they're telling me three more weeks until Granite so now I'm going to go for months without a kitchen and three children please tell me how people can afford to go for months eating out three meals a day for five people I don't like being lied to and all I would have took with a simple phone call to let me know what the heck is going on. Resolution Sought My desired outcome would have been for my cabinets to be done before it ruined by son's birthday party and is about to ruin my son's next birthday party that happens in a few weeks that I have no kitchen to do anything in because they lied to me if they didn't tell me my stuff would be done in four to six weeks I would have left my old kitchen up until they got their stuff together.

Please find the clients signed contract dated 5/3/21 that reads, "these cabinets take approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive". That time frame was then adjusted after changes were made on 5/15/21 and can be viewed in the second attachment. Take not of the "approximately" verbiage as we have no control over manufacturers adjusting their timeframes and delays from freight companies. Supply lines are strained to say the least right now. With all of that being said the majority of her cabinets arrived 6/18/21 to our facility and the remaining arrived 6/21/20(5 weeks from final approval). According to our install crew she was offered 3 dates and the one selected by the client was 7/20 (the latest date due to scheduling conflicts I'm being told). From here the client's boyfriend picked them up and cancelled the installation. Contact at some point was made between the client and the third party installer to put them back on the schedule for 7/20/21 and that is when they were installed. You can clearly read on page two of the contract that it very clearly outlines the lapse in time between cabinet install and granite/quartz install and is also verbally explained to ALL clients. The problem lies in that the client did demo well in advance of her cabinets arriving which is never recommended or instructed for these obvious reasons. We advise not to do demo until the day before install and our contractors do it the day of so their is minimal inconvenience. There are situations where it needs to be done before like mold remediation or flooring issues but there is nothing that can be done in those situations to avoid it. We have apologized profusely but were unable to have a calm civil conversation with this client. All timeframes given were met. I hope this provides an accurate account for you. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
