I hired Cabinet Doctor his name is Jeff, He was refinishing my cabinets and drawers with dove style cabinetry was also doing a backsplash 2 ceilings and replacing a tub and converting it into a tiled shower, it started with the wrong tile in the bathroom which I let go no dovetail drawers in the kitchen mistakes all over the place with the cabinets. and we get to the shower, he pitched the shower the wrong way the water floods my bathroom they've had two tries to fix it, I stopped the gentleman the second tile in noticing that he was not putting the tiles in correctly, when some were in another's were sticking out more, than the other I address that with the owner Jeff who insured me it would be taken care of two tries later not only does it still look terrible but the shower was pitched in the wrong direction which completely floods my bathroom and that's with using the shower handle the to wash with not able to use the shower head at all , the warrantees to my faucets that I bought were thrown away, my dog leash the second rode to my bathroom showerhead which is an extended rod to make it smaller. Addressed this with Jeff the concerns I have a missing a tile on my backsplash still has not been replaced, have one cabinet door that smashes into the side of my oven every time I try to open it even let that go but the shower thing I'm not letting go my request is at least the $7000 back that I was charged for him to tile and install a shower, I have many photos and proof. Resolution Sought I would like my 7000 dollars back to hire another contractor that is reliable trust worthy and knows how to install a tiled shower.

I have read the complaint that is not completely accurate first the issue with the shower was created by the homeowner themselves the shower floor was tiled but before we tiled it we put a water membrane and a pre-pitched Schluter system shower pan and water tested it before we started to tile to make sure that the water flow towards the drain, once we started tiling the shower floor and walls the homeowner took it upon themselves to start cleaning the tiles after we had left for the day and against our recommendation to not touch the tiles because the mortar was dry and would need time to cure, the next morning when we arrived on site she explained how she went in the shower to clean off the tiles which shifted wall tiles and created a low spot in the floor. We have sent gone back on numerous occasions to correct the wall tiles and have also been there to replace cabinetry doors, Charlene held back a $4000 payment while we re-ordered the replacement cabinet doors and addressed the uneven tiles on the wall when we showed up with the replacement doors and replaced the shower wall tiles she wrote us the check for $4000 and thanked us for the job then about a week and a half later she called saying that the shower floor was uneven and pitched incorrectly I explain to her that she created the issue but I would be more than willing to cut the floor out and relay the shower floor I purchased the material and delivered the materials and explained it would be a couple weeks before I could have someone there, then Charlene started sending me messages complaining about the whole project and saying she wanted the whole shower ripped out and replaced which I don't explain to her was not necessary and we were not going to rip out the whole shower if she would like I will replace the floor even though we didn't create the issue. she's being very unreasonable and irrational.

This information is in Correct as I have pictures and text to indicate that the shower was not cleaned til well after the job was completed .and here's pictures from all the materials they put untop of the floor that wasn't set yet, and they didn't even start to grout the tiles for days here are a few pics texts and dates look at the floor with the mess in it there's more texted and pic with dates and proof that he's trying to cover up the job being done wrong I can also have witness to this matter, I would like to be reimbursed for the shower our have it fixed the gentleman doing tile as I said the second tile in before it was even dried or grouted I told Jeff it wasn't be done correctly, so for him to say I shifted anything is untrue not to mention looks at the dates they didn't even come in the next day the bathroom wasn't done until July and still wasn't used for another week after the work was final as the glass wasn't put in until July something have that text believe it July 6th if you need more proof I have plenty of documentations to prove his statement about us ruining our shower is un true and ridiculous why would we destroy something that we

We have offered to replace the floor in the shower even though we do not feel we are responsible for what the issue is. I personally delivered the replacement materials, We have absolutely no reason to not want to resolve this issue but if the customer is unwilling to allow us to fix the issue and only wants financial compensation over the value of the cost of repairs, how can we be held responsible. We have a great reputation and always try to resolve any customer concerns or complaints and this situation is not any different.
