The owner Dave does not care about the customer after a disagreement about my appointment date that he gave to another customer after I paid to have a special sink delivered to keep my appointment date which cost me over $200 for shipment the owner refused to Work with me and told me I would just have to wait for the following week I was angry and he said if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else I never asked to go anywhere else and still wanted to do business with them he refused and gave me my money back left me with no countertops. Resolution Sought To give me back my appointment date that I was scheduled for and put my countertops in if not going to do that and I would like a $200 shipping fee back on top of $300 for aggravation for being left with no countertops and happy to try to find somewhere that will install countertops before Easter.

Company states; Customer's template was on 3/21/22 and installation was scheduled for 3/28/22. Customer was advised that the sink they selected would not work with the setup. Customer stated they ordered the proper sink online and it would not arrive til 3/25/22 . So the customer was advised that the installation would be moved to 4/4/22 because there would not be sufficient time to fabricate the countertop if the sink was arriving that late. Customer shows up on 3/24/22 with the sink. We discussed how the sink would be cut. Customer proceeded to ask if it can be installed for 3/28/22 (original installation date) . Customer was advised that his spot was already allocated for another order and even if it was not , there was not enough time to fabricate his countertop. Customer was seemingly agitated and was very displeased even though he was already advised on 3/21/22 that his installation was moved to 4/4/22 . I proceeded to sit the customer down and advised him that we do not like to work with customers that are upset and if he is not happy with how we operate I would gladly refund his deposit. He proceeded to call his wife and tell her that we are no longer doing the project and also he didn't believe we can handle this order. I decided to issue the customer their full deposit amount and waived any possible cancellation or processing fees. Customer took his sink and angrily stormed out. So as far as i am concerned this matter was closed the moment the FULL DEPOSIT was refunded .

Consumer states; In response to the company comments yes I was not happy and the sink was there on Thursday not Friday so that means I should've been able to have my appointment date as scheduled I was told if it sink was not there before Friday then I would have to reschedule and I was aware of that but as I stated I delivered It on Thursday sink and he already gave my appointment date away never once did I ask for my money back or for him to cancel the job that was all on Dave the owner son .
