Cabinets to go salesperson ordered the wrong cabinets. I had in my hand at the sales persons desk while ordering and my words were "this is the cabinets, (holding up sample in my hand) I'm ready to order. The sales person said "Vicortory Ivory", I looked at the back of the sample but it did not have the name on it, so I held it up and said "this one". Now, in order to return their mistake, they are requiring I pay 1000.00 for a restocking fee for something that was out of my control. AND they won't give me a refund if I choose, if I don't pay it! If I want a refund I have to pay the FULL fee of 3500.00! Resolution Sought Refund of $14,292.20 and they pay 100 of restock fee. I told them I would have considered only exchange but their phone goes to voice mail almost every time. When I did leave a message I didn't get a call back, even after leaving messages in person 2 times. This has gone on for 2 or 3 weeks (I've lost track).
