Paid almost 25k for cabinets and they butchered them during install! Cabinets arrived broken. Installer didn't measure properly and had to order more cabinets that cost me more time & money. He ruined my stove cabinet when he cut it. Left a blind cabinet open so stuff falls out. Wouldn't fix it when i asked him, he left cabinets cracked, some dirty prints and smudges from the install, wood pieces and sawdust was everywhere from the installation, no clean up of wood mess (sawdust), cut cabinet pieces nor boxes. Sawdust had to be sucked up from cabinets by me because he didn't clean it when he was done! Why should I have to do it?! Sawdust was in almost every cabinet/drawers, but I guess he assumed because the kitchen was under construction he could leave his mess for myself and contractor to clean up. Going through the Warranty process now but it is a joke. Their "best installer" cracked two cabinet, chipped paint off the front, left a terrible patch job on my island and tried to hide it. This is unacceptable! The installer would not work with my contractor to coordinate Installation which caused delays with everything. Very unprofessional! It was a nightmare (Although Cindy and Nicole were great). Proof is in the photos. No one should be left with drawers that are uneven and don't close properly and broken/chipped brand new cabinets. The cabinet quality is cheap, the finish is rubbing off the cabinets on the edges and I just got them! I want a refund. Horrible. Resolution Sought Refund for the damaged cabinets, and for the installation! He did a horrific job and got paid for it and now I'm left to deal with the warranty issues and damages and inconvenience!
