Went to this dealership to purchase a New Sportage SUV 2025. First visited them in April of this year to purchase this vehicle that they were advertising on sale for $28000 around that area. They told us then that they were going to get that model from their other lot but instead of waiting for the advertised model to get brought to the front we can test drive one she already has here in the front to make sure we like feel/drive of this vehicle etc. When we were done with the test drive we told them that with a trade in and paying OUT THE DOOR TOTAL , then they told us that they no longer have that model and they would be able to get a better deal if we wanted to leave today with a New Vehicle. We told them not at this time but would be more then happy to return when they get the advertised model available. After now hearing and the 2025 models came out we when back to them on 09/14/24 again to work on a deal for the model advertised in April sales and they told us that they were not able to get that model/2024 but can in the new 2025 models. On this new date I alone to negotiate/buy the new suv for wife once I get a negotiated price out the door which was a total of $38524. But after 8-10 hrs they changed the price to nearly $41000. They refused to give me ALL THE DOCS PRINTED OUT BUT TOLD ME THAT THE LAW REQUIRES COMPUTER FORMS AND NOT PAPER AND GIVE ME A USB I TOLD HER WE DONT DO COMPUTER STUFF . The dealer DELIVERS us the SUV on Oct 3rd, I canceled. Resolution Sought Provide and do what I told them that when I bring my wife back with me all she will have to do is sign the docs/papers etc., yet they put anything in my name not hers and when they drop off the on the 3rd we have no keys to the SUV!!!!! We want the SUV at the price agreed on and feel they should investigate.
