This is a balance billing collection. I was billed by integris and my PPO insurance at the time paid the bill with discounts. Then Baptist medical center (Integris) balance billed me for the same exact amount. My insurance said they were balance billing me so they hired a law firm on my behalf. Up until January 1st 2024 Koehler Fitzgerald law firm was handling my case. The. The insurance company switch to a different law firm and my case information was transferred to the new law firm. In the meantime CAC financial Corp has been calling me and sending me letters in the mail. The most recent call on February 6th 2024 at 2:42 pm I answered the phone and spoke to a woman named DEBRA she proceeded to tell me that I had to pay it in full that day and I tried explaining to her that my case was being transferred and she told me she didn't care and asked how I was going to pay the bill. I told her I wasn't and she asked why I wasn't going to and I told her I was balance billed. She kept fighting with me about it so I asked to speak to her supervisor which she refused multiple times saying that she was the manager and if I was going to talk to someone it would be her. Resolution Sought I want the balance bill dissolved. This balance bill has put us in a financial hardship and should have never happened. I also want Debra at CAC Financial Corp stripped of her duties. She was disrespectful and disgusting in her behavior. If these don't happen I will be in touch with an attorney to sue CAC Financial Corp for Pain and Suffering, Emotional Damage, and so much more
