I order a genuine cow hide jacket on May 15, 2023. Money was drawn out of my bank account that night and I've been waiting since then for the jacket. I have messaged to owner but she attends to come up with too much excuses and already said she would pay me a half the refund and still send my jacket but nothing was done. She has my email account and debit card information, she has my location and number. Nothing was out down wrong in my end. I'd like a full refund and the jacket if anything can be done. I feel like she is taking advantage of me because of being in a different state. Every time I asked for a tracking number she never gave me it. She admits to my shipment arriving to others addresses but she keeps refusing to send me my order and refuses to give me tracking information. I've been patient and nice. She has so many excuses I can't keep waiting for something that I should have already had since a week or two of ordering. Resolution Sought Grant me a full refund for the order and my item still shipped to my rightful location.

Customer was already refunded in full, as stated to her. Jacket was mis delivered to another state due to ups. Report was filed with ups due to their mess up and i am waiting to hear a response.
