For over 18 months now, having my prescriptions managed and refilled in a timely manner has been impossible; this due to what must be a kind of incompetence at Caduceus which now crosses into misfeasance. After my appointment yesterday 6/30/2022, and after not seeing my needed prescriptions come through at my pharmacy via their electronic system, I phoned in today 7/1/2022 to get this managed. Nevertheless, as we head into a long holiday weekend, the scripts needed are nowhere to be found. After this compliant is filed I will likewise be contacting various CA state boards and regulatory commissions; as playing fast and loose with patient RX management is both an insurance board issue and medical association problem. Resolution Sought You ask, "what would you like the business to do?" Simple: THEIR JOB!
