Oct 08, 2024 10:39 PM CDT Transaction #: e9f8e3dc833e Amount -$447.72 The above information reflects a transaction that I requested through the Caesars Sportsbook App in Kentucky where I had accumulated $447.72. I asked for a withdrawal check to be sent. It has been over 8 weeks since the request was made, and I haven't received the check yet. Very important that I get this money. I need it. Every time I have called support, I have to tell the same story and all I've gotten back from them is that they will look into it and get back to me. I have yet to hear back from them. The online Caesars chat says the same thing. I chatted with Caesars again yesterday, and I was told it was being escalated to the right team to help and that I would get an email update yesterday ((12/11/24) by the end of business. Same old story: never heard back from them. Can you help me please? All I want is the money that I made with the sports betting app. $447.72 Caesars Sportsbook 1200 Red Mile Road Lexington KY 40504 [email protected] 859-255-0752 Resolution Sought Pay me what they owe me.
