NO ELECTRICITY So from FEBRUARY 3rd 2022 to FEBRUARY 28th 2022 I experienced DAILY power outages due to a faulty main breaker. Previous mngmt asked me to attach outstanding bill ($109 which I received from my energy provider) and I never heard back. So Once again my request is to have the rent ($1450) reimbursed as my unit was without electricity daily (for hours) from 2/3-2/28 and therefore uninhabitable this again cost me time,money groceries, hotel stays and all during EXTREME FREEZE (30 degree weather) which was very inconvenient! I have small children at home who were displaced and they went without food and heat (for the entire month) Also i work from home so this situation was not ideal ,I hope to hear back soon. "If your landlord does not provide habitable housing under local and state housing codes, a court would probably conclude that you have been constructively evicted this means that the landlord, by supplying unlivable housing, has for all practical purposes evicted you, so you have no further responsibility for the rent. Texas law (Tex. Prop Code Ann. § § 92.056, 92.0561) sets specific requirements for the procedures you must follow before moving out because of a major repair problem.
