I brought a seat cushion to be re upholstery and to reinforce springs. When I returned to pick up, it was absolutely awful! Black thread was used on tan leather there were seems in the piping that should not have been. The bottom cover had tears in the fabric ,staples exposed all along the edging. When I tried to discuss my disappointment. the owner swore and yelled told me to get the hell out of the store,very frightening situation. I went to the police station to report the incident. This man should not be working with the public. Resolution Sought I would like to get reimbursed $135.00 and have this person Doug removed, I was so shaken by his rage he should not be working there.
