I went to check in on May 29, 2021 my room number was 312 everything that the staff at the front desk told me in regards to the rules on the premises where untrue, but my main concern was rats and the feces from the rats. I informed the staff at the front desk but he never apologized or tried to compensate me since I was leaving early. I emailed the company but no comment. Resolution Sought To give me a partial refund due to of me leaving the premises early due to rat problem.
