Failed smog due to catalytic converter being replaced after stolen, Visual inspection. Functional inspection passed. I told him it was replaced due to theft, but he wouldn't pass. I had it checked at J & L Car Care where it was replaced, they said, " You Got Scr*wed!" This is the correct catalytic converter for this truck! They couldn't smog it due to it being labeled (Visually Tampered) Resolution Sought Pass the truck for smog, or remove the visually tampered catalytic converter so I can get it smogged.

Customer's vehicle failed emission test during initial inspection. Go back to J&L Car Care and the shop installed o2 sensor for down stream. Customer to back to Cal-Smog for reinspection but changed her mind saying she is going to the other smog shop. Enclosed is a check #1447 for $50 refund or she can bring back the vehicle for reinspection.
