Bought a used car was assured there was no damage also had car serviced before buying after having a professional body shop look at the car the right side of the car has major structural damage and the oil change had never been done finding out when I was told it was due I removed oil filter and it was written right on it the last service and was 23000 miles prior this can cause major issues later in the cars life costing me $15,000 and for the car the be structurally safe again the door would have to be completely replaced Resolution Sought The left rear door to be replaced to factory condition and the engine to be replaced to original factory condition

I felt that I got a bad deal on the vehicle I purchased from the business so I went to Toyota cobb county to see if I could trade the car Toyota wasn't able to trade because after looking up the value of the they started to me that the car loan on Buick encore 2021 was overcharged and my APR on the Buick encore was 30.9 but on my contact it saying APR is29 .9 and my payment is 674 a month I feel like that is to please help me resolve this bad situation I have got myself in Thank you Resolution Sought Help me to get out of this contract or get a vehicle that's worth the money that they want me to pay for the Buick encore
