Originally quoted 2000.00 for a 3 day job. We were Severely over charged for a 1 day job that was quoted for 3 days at 50.00 per hour. Our total bill plus materials should have been 1000.00. We were overcharged at a minimum of 800.00. This company should not work in the Hickory / Hildebran community. Resolution Sought Recommend to business owner a reimbursement of most of the overcharged amount of money. At the VERY least $700.00

The customer was given a quoted contract price for the service. The customer indicated the contract price was the cheapest of all price quotes received. The customer asked for an estimate of time to complete the project. We estimated a maximum of up to three days. We worked 12 hours one day and several hours the following day to limit the impact of the project within the customer's home. Additional time was spent in consultation, preparing the quote, ordering, picking up, and delivering materials, etc. At no time has the customer complained about the quality of the work or craftsmanship. The customer has declined attempts for communication about her concerns. Excellent customer service and quality work are foundational to our business.
