We hired Florencio Garcia to build a pool and he failed to get any necessary permits, lied to us about the said permits, required we pay 85k before he even started. After MONTHS of calling/texting/emailing, we fired him and of course he didn't give us any money back. Only to find out that the holes he did dig were not according to the plans. Fixing that from our new contractors is another 100k. I went after his bond but they already paid it out to someone else so now he is operating w/out a bond. Which is illegal. Resolution Sought Give me my money back and never do this to another customer.
